Due to the ongoing spread of the COVID-19 virus we will no longer be accepting any returns for refund.
All refunds will be refunded in the form of a store credit.
Should you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item email us. Once we receive your request, we will be in contact with you to address and resolve the issue.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 DAYS of delivery.
If you have a pickup order please notify us of any issues within 2 HOURS of receiving the items.

All sales are final on final sale items, gift cards, accessories, cosmetics, jewelry, swimsuits, mesh and lingerie items. These items cannot be returned.
Final sale items will not be accepted for return for store credit.
Reserved Rights Regarding Returns
We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
- An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing".
- An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items
- Potential fraudulent criminal activity.
Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as those noted above.
